Gym Jim Sat and Mon

Sat:
Power cleans: 165 x 2 each minute for 15 minutes

3 rounds- 100yd bag carry, 10 pushups, 2 wrist rolls

Mon
Deadlifts: 2 each minute for 15 minutes
J- 285
D and M - 165

10 rounds 10 reps each
J- 135lb deadlifts, pushups, situps
D and M - 75lb dls, pushups, situps

How hard was that PC workout? Seems like that would be rather difficult.

actually it wasn't that bad. I was sweating a lot but i think i could have done a little more weight. The deadlift one was twice as bad, i am still sore. I guess that happens when do you do 130 dl's.
