Monday: Bench 3x12 at 135,
Incline DB flyes 3x10
DL - 3x10 at 255
Standing calf raises on Smith machine - 3x8

That's right! Tonight as a matter of fact...
Actually, my L. shoulder has been wonky for several weeks (OH is fine but bench hurts), so thought I'd try something different.
Prolly do body builder type rep scheme for a couple of weeks then hit Oly lifts again.
