10 windshield wipers while pressing bar
Round 1: Jog 100 yards (approx.); Round 2: Carry 25# OH 100 yards: Round 3: Lunge 100 yards
Monday:
DL 3 x 5 @ 95
Assisted pullups: 3 x 10
4 rounds of:
100 jump rope
10 decline situps
10 back extensions
Rounds 3 & 4 of situps were just regular instead of decline because someone took the bench.
