Yeah, I'm up about 15 pounds over the last 12 weeks, and not much of it is fat.

She's been going on and off with me for the last few weeks, but she's been getting excited about it lately so I think she'll be coming more often. She was all excited when I made a copy of my tracking spreadsheet for her too.
