so.. basically what has happened the last two workouts i do 4 reps, then breathe at the top then 4 reps and then i break it down into two's. Are you just pounding them out?

Hell no, I do almost exactly what you do. I like the idea of 5s at first but actually usually do 4s, then 2s, then 1s.
