Squat - work sets 225x5, 250x3, 275x1, 295x1 (PR), 305x2*
*questionable depth due to "the fear" on first rep, so I did a second one.
Press - 95x5, 115x3, 135x2(push press), 135x3 (pp). Followed w/ 3 sets of eight partial ROM - 1st set chest to nose, 2nd, chin to just above head, 3rd, just above head to full ext. Finished w/ burn out set of seated DB press.
4x15sec. L-sits on paralettes.
