Melanie: Friday

Front squat: 95 x 3; 100 x 3; 105 x 3; 110 x 3; 115 x 3 (PR)
These were pretty good. I lean forward too much though. I felt dizzy on rep. 3 of each set.

Back squat: 95 x 20 (10, 8)
Out of gas on these. Blech.

Metcon:
3 x 2 minutes on, 1 minute rest of alternating 25# TGUs
