Saturday - 5 x ~1/2 mile at about 90% of max effort. This distance is getting less painful.
Sore Corps Sunday - spent a little time with folks on footwork for WFD throw, then about 10 min. of shot put (m - 16lb., w - 12lb.) from power position w/ both R & L arm. Finished with "death by 10 meters": 10m on the minute, each min. add 10m until you can no longer complete the distance in the allotted time. We did this on grass, btw. cones, so each 10m had to change direction. Completed 13 rounds.
