Chris Wednesday

Practiced C&J - triples up to 155lb.
Squat - high bar position, sets of 5 at 135, 185, 225. Final set of 10 at 225 w/ low bar.
Shrugs - 3x10 at 185
Decline sit up/roman chair back ext. - 10 rounds of 10 each
