Chris - Sat. - Mon.

Jeez, I was going to stop posting, since no one else was...
Saturday: Jump rope warm up, Floor press (rvs grp) + 1 rope climb - FP load/reps = 95lb. 10, 12, 15 reps. Followed by 5 rounds of 10 95lb. thrusters, 10 pull ups (time = 12:14)
Sunday: sled drags until I strained my L calf.
Monday: Front squat - 5 sets of 3 at 185; Press - supposed to be 5x5 at 120, but was 5,5,4,4,4. Finished w/ 4 rounds of weighted decline situps (45lb), weighted back ext. (35lb).

Here's Zhan Xugang front squating 639 lb. at a BW of 169:

That guy has to be five feet tall, that is ridiculous!

The scary thing is, many on the Chinese Oly team can overhead squat more than they can front squat.

I still don't buy that OHS more than FS deal.
I didn't post because I wasn't working out. Now that I am, I am.

Catching up on my reading.
At the risk of being one of those haters on the intraweb, I bet this guy is doing lockouts or support work. 639@169 is ridiculously strong.
That's like what Tarantenko, Rezazadeh, etc. do.

Well, you can't really tell what he is doing from this pic, but Zhan still holds the WR C&J at 169 - 457 lb. So yeah, he is rediculously strong.

Yeah, I should have qualified it - Ridiculous even for high level Olympic folk. I know he's superhuman, but I'm suspicious that he's FS here.
