painful.. but i did go up 10lbs saturday to tuesday. I really do feel like i am putting on some size, buy maybe that's just mental.

um...but..not buy. I am starting to like the workouts though, despite the high rep pain.

I saw that, nice.
I think I am getting more muscley too. I think my BF% is going down as I am seeing some more abz.

I was just thinking that these workouts are a nice change of pace. I don't have to spend 15 minutes warming up to a really heavy squat and don't have to get all-psyched up for singles or doubles.
It does hurt though.
