Only two days worth tracking this week. Half a mini deload the rest of the week before next week.

425x1 - felt awesome to finally head back over 4 plates with decent form

290xfailed - crushed 265, and just misgrooved 290, felt light in my hands and explosive off my chest though....

How is 355x1 "sucked but I got it" but then 3x5@375? Wraps?

Did you narrow your stance at all to account for groin? How wide are you normally?

oops, meant 275 3x5....
Also, a touch but emphasizing spreading the floor with my feet. It odd, with this injury it hurts to go "wide" or narrow. So a moderate shoulder width stance is what it tolerates best
