Approx. 15 min. of varioius medicine ball throws. Followed with 30 min. of boot camp. First 15 min. was mostly core work, yes, including stuff on the stability ball (I feel so toned!). Second 15 was circuit of run 3 floors of stairs, jog 2 laps around gym, 40 mountain climbers, and 25 jumping jacks.
