Hang cleans make me stupid.

Squat 3x5 @ 105
OHP 4 @ 60 (push press on 5th), 2x5 @55
3x5 at 45. Some of these were OK, most were weird and sloppy.
2x10 inverted sit-ups

Was the 3x5 at 45 your hang cleans? You may feel stupid, but practice and patience will pay off.
