Deadlift 165 x 5; 165 x 2 x 3; 210 x 1; 215 x 1; 225 x 1; 240 x 1
PR. Ugly but I got it!
Traditional DL 95 x 20 x 1
Metcon: 10 minutes adding a pullup and pushup each minute, starting with 1 up to 10 of each.
Hard.
