Yesterday did a pretty tough boot camp, with lots of stairs and some burpees.
Today - 20 rep squat WO w/ 220lb. Ugggh. The bar got a little low around rep 5 which made resting in lock out later on a little unpleasant. Made it through and fought off the urge to purge.
Followed with 3 sets of press at 85 lb. Reps = 10, 8, 9

Sam - I'm going to press on one more week w/ the 20 rep. program. Also, don't put too much stock in those calculators...
Mel- it's jump SHRUGS, rather than squats. You can see HG athlete Ryan Vierra doing them in this video (about 6:30 in). He works up to 605x3!
