Chris Thursday

Press - singles up to 135, then 2 misses at 145.

Metcon - 3 rounds of the following: 5 x powerclean and front squat, 10 x 36" box jump, 12 x KTE. This was about 7 minutes of misery.

Yeah, I think I did 140 about a year ago. 135 went up easily today. I think I can get 150 if well rested.
