Deloading from previous loads. Since beginning my running odyssey I've been doing S, BP, DL once each about every 10 d, and trying to increase loads progressively. Feeling collective fatigue, so used lighter weight. Maybe deload is not the correct term here... but Gosh! I'll call it what I want!

That's not how it works! We should share common terminology, otherwise, what's the point?

Hmmm, I don't see "deload" defined in the glossary. But you're right, there is no point.
You don't see "barbell" over there either. Should that be up there? Squat? Kettlebell? Biceps?
i would like squat to be over there. cause clearly what i am doing isn't.
Weren't you supposed to squat 2-3x a week with me?
haha. i am. i am joking about how horrible my squat is.
I know - I meant frequency, not that you'd actually be doing it over here.
