3 x 5 knees to elbows
Plank: 15 sec. at each position no rest: elbows, left elbow, right elbow, hands, left hand, right hand, elbows

Deadlift 3 x 8 @ 120
Press 3 x 8 @ 70 (5, dropped down to 65 - 5, then 3 - no power tonight not sure why)
