Chris - not a rest day

It was going to be a rest day, but oh well....
7 sets of thruster singles @ 135, 145, 155, 160, 165 (fail), 155, 155
L forearm hurt real bad after 165, hence back down to 155 (which were still plenty hard)
I really suck at this movement
Did some handstands and stretching to cool down
