Squat: 55# x 3 x 7
We did higher reps due to lack of rack. This was impressive and Mac worked hard. She had to clean and press the first rep of each set to get in squat position, and did a very nice job.
Deadlift: 95 x 5; 105 x 5
Again, excellent work here. 105 looked pretty easy.
