Chris Thursday

Squat cleans - 4x3 at 145
Front squat - 3x3 at 165, 185, 205
Push press - 4x3 at 135
DB alt BP - 3x5, explosive positive phase
Core crushers - 3 sets light wt. (How to do: w/ barbell on shoulders, twist L. When returning to center, drop into squat, push up while twisting to the R. Repeat on R side.)
2 supersets high rep tricep push down/curl w/ rope attachment on cable machine
