Wednesday PM - med ball throws, about 8 60m sprints w/rolling start, and about as many practice starts (dig to about 30m). Followed w/ box jumps onto picnic table (about 36").
Thursday
Push press - 3x3 at 135, 145, 145
Squat - 3x5 at 225, 245, 265
Seated DB press worked in w/ some band work - 3x5 at 40
Weighted back ext./decline sit ups - 3x10 w/ 45 plate, no rest btwn. exercises/sets

Why do you call 30m a "start"? I call that a "sprint"
My focus was on knee lift and drive from standing start, and I slowed before acceleration phase was completed. So, it was more of a drill than a sprint of a given distance.
