Melanie: Sunday

@ Karen's rock climbing gym in Raleigh

Warmed up with some squats
Attempted press, but my neck wasn't having it, 1 @ 75; 1 @ 65
DL: 3 @ 135; 3 @ 165; 1 x 9 @ 185
Carried a 35# plate over my head around the gym a few times
Tried Press again once warmed up, I think I got 3 @ 65
Worked a little bit on pull ups

Watched Karen climb a little bit. She's like a spider! A hot spider.

Yes... I was going by memory on what my next workout was supposed to be, and that's what I came up with.

I was more commenting on the order of sets and reps. I think you're ahead a workout or two.

Mel - I think 185 sets is a little excessive....

footnote: sets x reps AT weight

I don't know - she does like lots of volume - it may be good for her.
