Recovery week. Did the following wearing a powder blue leisure suit:
Squat - 3x10 at 135, 185, 225
Press - 3x10 at 65, 85, 85
Behind the neck push jerk - 3x5 at 95 (except for first 2 reps, no press outs)
2 sets of high rep cable tricep ext./DB curlz
