Chris Wednesday

Practiced clean technique, focusing on shrug, jump, and receiving in full squat. 3x5 at 95lb. from the hang.
Squat - warm up sets followed by 3x5 at 260lb. Ugh. Sets across be hard.
3 rounds of 12 weighted (45lb.) decline situps/10 weighted back ext. on Roman chair.
