Chris Sat. & Sun.

Saturday AM - run about 3 1/2 miles. PM - throw 12lb. shot for technique, then 25lb. KB standing put.
Sunday - rack jerks. Missed 175 twice. Boo. Metcon - 5 rounds of 10x135lb. DL, 10 ring push ups, 10 air squats.
Taking this week off to rest.
