Squat 5 reps - 45, 95, 115, 115, 115 ( felt like I tweaked my knee on the squats - so no DLs today)
Bench:
5 @ 45, 5 @ 65, 4 @ 85 fail on 5th, 3 @ 85 fail on 4th, 5th, 4 @ 80 fail on 5th
