Melanie: Saturday

Ran Richland Creek Run. 5 miles, 55 minutes - yeah!! I didn't even expect to be able to run the whole way - very pleased.

3 x 8 with one minute rest:
Press @ 60 (8, 8, 6)
Power curls @ 60

4 x 5 knees to chest
