Press - 3x5 planned at 115lb. Actual reps 5, 4, 3. Prolly should have gone 5lb. over last week's weight instead of 10. But last week seemed so easy..... Did an extra set of 3 to make up missed reps.
Snatch high pulls - 3x3 at 155 lb.
Clean high pulls - 3x3 at 185 lb.
Jump shrugs - 3x5 at 185 lb.
Finished up w/ handstand work
