Warm up w/ 3x3 HSPUs to about a 3" stop, then some hang cleans followed by:

8x1 squat cleans at 135

3x10 bench at 135

2x5/side TGUs w/ 35lb. DB

1 - 20 rep superset tricep pushdown/DB curlz

Some ab work
