Melanie: Tuesday

Demonstrated kettlebell usage at HealthPlus as requested by staff. Only one student. It was still fun.

135 x 15 (0)

No food in stomach = no lift.

Hmmm, how on earth can we improve this? Maybe EAT SOMETHING?
Was the 0@135 an actual attempt where you couldn't get 135 off the ground?

That is an innovative idea. No, I just went home after the 0 @ 210.

I was easily able to pick 135 up and put it back on the rack. So conceivably I could've picked it up 15 times, put it back on the rack and then go home. But I didn't.

Then it's not a 135x15(0). It's just nothing. No attemptee, no typee.
