That's right, just one rep. I had no overhead strength today. I don't know why.

Metcon:
10 65# squat cleans
50 GH situps
8 65# squat cleans
40 GH situps
6 65# squat cleans
30 GH situps
4 65# squat cleans
20 GH situps
2 65# squat cleans
10 GH situps

It took a little less than 20 minutes.
