30 Box jumps (on a step w/2 risers)
10 toes to bar
25 Push Press 45#
10 squat clean 45#
2x15 dips on bench
1x4 pull ups
10 Thruster 55# (2 at 65#)
10 burpees
200 meter walking lunge w/ 10 lb plate
