Karen Thursday Saturday

Hola.
I'm going to start doing crossfit/lifting again. Soooooo.

Thursday
5 rounds
run 200 meters
20 Box jump (onto bosu ball)
20 wall ball w/ 10 lb ball
It felt really good to get my heart rate up.

Saturday
DL 95x5
145 x4 (fail on 5th)
115 x 5
yoga class
