Jim - you might not want to mention playing football, esp. if it's a pick up game of touch. This upsets Sam, as he is concerned you'll go all Abercrombie on him.
Oh, yeah, and that Run, DL, Burpee WO sounds horrific.
haha Sam got something against football? it was co-ed, they were against tackle. My hips are still sore from twisting. and yeah..it did suck.. bad..
Barbaric sport.
