Curious George - modified "King Kong" WO, so dubbed by Jason.
3 rounds for time of the following:
1 DL @ 315
6 pull ups, 6 dips (sub for 2 muscle ups)
3 cleans @135
4 HSPUs
Time = 5:40. The cleans were supposed to be squat cleans, and the original weight was 155. I got 2 on the first round then dropped the weight to 135 and did PCs. HSPUs were to a 4" high block. Still struggling with full ROM.
Did an extra DL rep and a few squat cleans (since I obviously SUCK at them) after the timed WO.

Jason crushed it. Bar muscle ups and full squat cleans at 155. 5:11
I hate him more every day...
