inverted sit-ups (my knees are braced) 14, 13
Knees to chest 2x15
Squat 3x5 @ 100 (PR!)
OHP 45 x5, 55 x5, 60 x2 (fail), 55 x4 (fail)
DL 115 x5, 135 x5, 155 x 4 (then took some breaths and did one more.)
