But first, the weekend:
Went climbing. 1/2 hour hike in and out.
Saturday, Led 2 5.8's, one 5.7, and followed a 5.10a and a 5.10d.
Sunday, led a 5.10a! a 5.9, and followed a 5.11a
So, summer vacation hit, and I am having trouble exercising, so I joined the YMCA yesterday. I have decided on a Mon, Wed, Friday program, with climbing on Tuesday, and yoga or something on Thursday.
This program came from Starting Strength. It is similar to Sam's program. The reason I am doing this is that I really want to get pull-ups into my routine, and get a little more serious in general.

5 mins of sit-ups
