Decided to pop into the Harding Rd. YMCA yo to throw some weight around while Rosie was at gymnastics around the corner. Nice, big, pretty much empty weight room at 5 p.m. One squat rack, two Smith machines, why??

Don't know. The extra set of warmup? I don't think so.
DL: 135# x 2 x 3; 155# x 2; 175 x 1; 185 x 1; 195# x 10 x 1
I rocked these. It was one of those DL workouts that leaves you feeling all BA. Got some love from the gym workers too.
