C&J - 3x95#, 3x115#, 2x135#, singles at 145, 155, 165, 175 (missed the clean on the first attempt, but managed an ugly power clean on the second attempt). Managed full squat cleans up through 165.

L-sits on paralletes - 22, 22, and 18 sec.

Yes, starting the 20 rep squat program. Today was harder than I thought it would be. Haven't done sets over 5 reps in a while. Did high-bar today, but plan to alt. btwn high and low position.
Program goes like this - squat 2x/wk, 1 set of 20. No other squat work during the 8 wk. program. Start out at 80lb. less than 5RM. You are supposed to add 5lbs. each WO, until back at the 5RM weight.
Ah, the Jason plan.
Why alternate?
This is quite a lot of volume.
