Lost the 2nd one due to grip

Speed squat 12x2@195 50 sec in between sets

Hot...humid...sucky

Funny, I was just going to see if I could get the #1 back.
No, not really, although the grip thing isn't a real concern yet think it was a combination of the shitty weather and the fact I don;t think my grip, forearms, and biceps are recovered from the past weekend since they are still freaking sore.
