Sore Corps Sunday WO - KB swings/sled drag, KB swings/farmers walks, finishing with walking lunges (holding 25lb. plate overhead). Short and sweet. After, did a little WFD throwing and short clinic on picking the caber.
Stomach and inner ear issues on Monday, so didn't do 20 rep squats.
Tuesday - a little grappling at lunch time. PM - 3x3 sets of OH squat, front squat, and push press. Finished with 3x5 L-pull ups (starting w/ shins to bar).
Wednesday - 4 rounds of 800m row + 50 decline sit ups.
