Weighted pull ups 5x3 - loads = 25, 35, 45, 55, 55
Weighted dips 5x3 - loads = 45, 55, 65, 75, 85
Followed with single burn out set of pull ups (18) and dips (35)
Farmers walks 2x about 30 yds w/ 2-100lb. DBs.
Handstand practice to warm down. Got longest freestanding HS to date...probably a whole 10 sec.!
Did about a dozen throws w/18lb. Scottish hammer last night, so was already a little sore, but I'll be paying for today's WO for a couple days...
