Slow down and go in a progression. On July 3rd you did this "60 x 2 (fail)"
Then on the 9th you did this: "3x5 @ 56"
So 62 (or even 60) isn't necessarily the next place to go.
You need smaller plates. Instead of ordering them and paying too much, go to home depot or lowes and get a some cheap 2" inner diameter washers. weigh them at home on a food scale or whatever. You can then glue or tape them together. Ideally you can make a combination that is between 0.5 and 0.75lbs per "plate". Then use those for smaller jumps. I may be wrong but I think that a certain 2" washer is 0.5lbs by itself.
Things to keep in mind on PCs: 1) don't pull too fast off the floor - acceleration builds gradually until you are above the knee, then explode, 2) don't bend your arms until you've reached the top of the pull - you should be shrugging aggressively and jumping the bar before you bend your arms, and 3) elbow turn over must be FAST to get under the bar - bring them high and catch the bar on the shoulders.
