Need to stop swinging out at the start.
Traditional DL: 115 x 15; 115 x 12; 115 x 9
Metcon (Sam is cruel!): 3 rounds of TGUs with 15# DB for two minutes with 1 minute break between rounds. Switch hands on each rep. This was in fact a very good metcon.
