Karen Monday

Warm-up - 5 min row, back extension with 8 lb ball 2x12, inverted sit-ups 2x15

Squat 3x5 @100 (these were better than last time, so next time I will bump to 105)
Bench 5@ 45, 3x5@80 -- had a different zealous spotter again, so got help when I didn't need it on set the last rep of 2, asked him to let me do the whole thing on set 3.
DL 5@135, 2@165 (fail on 3 & PR), 2 @ 160 (fail on 3), 2 @ 155 (just quit cause it was making me have to pee)

Excellent progress Karen!
For the fails on DL, are they where you got one and didn't get the next? If so, note that because when you check back here in the future you won't remember.
How difficult are the BE and abs before your wo?

I got both, and didn't get the 3rd.
I'll make a note of it.
BE and abs are hard, I think, but I am not doing very many. I mean, if I am doing 15 sit-ups, I am usually struggling with the last one or 2 of each set. Same with BE.

I'm just wondering if it would be better to lessen the trunk fatigue before doing the main lifts.
Why are they first?

Sam and I IM'ed about this, and I am going to move them to last.
