Front squat: 45 x 5; 65 x 3; 75 x 3; 95 x 3 x 5

5 jumping pullups

Food yesterday: granola, oj, a little steak, zucchini, chicken caesar salad, trail mix, flank steak, boiled red cabbage, squash

Food today so far: granola, oj, fried chicken, squash, trail mix

BTW, that red cabbage was first sauted in olive oil and goose fat. That's why it was so damn good.
