Since I'm "peaking" for the games this Saturday, worked primarly on some explosive lifts w/ moderate loads:


Power snatch 3 reps at 115

Squat cleans 3 x 3 at 135

DB bench 3 x 5 at 130 (total)


4 rounds of:

10 box jumps

10 ab wheel roll outs
