K-boxing class. Warm up was 1 min. each of the following:
jump rope
kick up into handstand (wall walk if cannot do HS)/back down
medicine ball slams (changed to basket ball slams after I split the leather med. ball open)
TGUs w/ light DB
Then worked with focus mitts and Thai pads for about 30min.
Followed by 20 min. mat work - me on the mat the whole time, allowing the other guys to work on getting in to position of control or submission. Me tired.

It would be fun to have a martial arts component on one of our weekend workouts. We have not done that in a while.
How about wrestling? Powerbombs and pile drivers.
Christine's atomic elbow drop is earth-shattering.
Although I think Mel would like the grappling workout as posted.
